The Wagner Noël is committed to making our facility and the performances presented here accessible to all patrons. As such, we offer the following services:
During events, accessible parking spaces are available directly in front of the building around the main entrance. These spaces are reserved for vehicles displaying handicapped permits.
The Wagner Noël Performing Arts Center is wheelchair-accessible from the main entrance, East doors, and West doors. Two elevators in the lobby make all levels of the facility accessible.
Seating for patrons who use wheelchairs and walkers is available on each level of the theatre. For special seating arrangements (aisle transfer seats, etc.) please call the Box Office at (432) 552-4439 or click here to see the seating map. On the first level of the Wagner Noël Theatre, available ADA seats include Orchestra Center Row T seats 103, 105, 107, 108, Orchestra Box 1 seats 1-8, Box 2 seats 1-8, and Parterre Z seats 1, 12, 13, 16, 17, and 28. Our accessible seating on the second level includes Dress Circle Box 3 seats 1-6, Box 4 seats 1-6, and Mezzanine G seats 8, 9, 15, 16, 23, 24, 30, and 31. Accessible seating on the third level includes the Gallery Box 3 seats 1-6 and Box 4 seats 1-6.
Assistive Listening Devices:
The Wagner Noël Theatre is equipped with an assistive listening system. Headsets are available at Will Call at no charge and may be checked out to patrons upon request with a photo ID.
Braille and Large Print Programs
For available performances, braille and large print programs are offered for selected programs with advance notice. Please call our administrative offices at (432) 552-4430 two weeks prior to the event to request this service.
