Please note for all events after January 1, 2022, we will have a clear bag policy with a size limit of 12x12x6" or a non-clear bag/wallet with a size limit of 8x5". This policy includes diaper bags. 

Please note: A SHOW TICKET IS NOT INCLUDED and must be purchased separately from the venue'sWebsite ticketing system, at their box office or at our website.

The Soundcheck Experience includes

• Attend Blue October's soundcheck
• Q&A with the band
• Receive pre-signed poster
• Photo of you standing in front of the stage (due to covid protocols) with the band on the stage
• First entry only available when the doors first open. Go to venue's website for exact times.

If you leave and come back after doors have opened, you will need to enter through the general line. 

The Soundcheck Experience will start at 5:00 PM sharp and you must arrive on time. Please be at the main entrance no later than 4:30 PM for check in. The start time of the Soundcheck Experience will be subject to change due to weather or reasons beyond our control.

You will be notified in advance of any changes via email. Please make sure the email address associated with your ShowClix account is active and one you check regularly to ensure you do not miss any notifications.

*No cameras are allowed during the soundcheck experience. Cell phones are permitted, but must remain in your pocket.*

For the safety of the band and crew, we are asking that no backpacks, bags, or purses be brought to the soundcheck experience. Please leave these items in your vehicles when you arrive.

Soundcheck Experience passes are NOT refundable. There are a limited number of passes available, so when you purchase a pass, you are making it unavailable for other fans. We cannot offer refunds on soundcheck passes whatsoever.
Please make sure you can attend the soundcheck before you purchase a pass. The only exception is if the band is forced to cancel the Soundcheck Experience due to extenuating circumstances.
