POST COVID-19 TICKETING & BOX OFFICE POLICY

UPDATED – MAY 2020

Below you will find a summary of the refund policies for ASM Global venues with respect to Live Nation, AEG, and all other ASM Global events. These are general policies; each event could be slightly different and ticket holders will be notified via email of the specific policy has it pertains to that event via email.

This policy pertains to tickets purchased through WagnerNoel.com/Etix.com, at the Wagner Noël Performing Arts Center (PAC) Box Office, or the charge by phone Etix number 800-514-3849. Etix is the only licensed ticketing provider for Wagner Noël PAC. All other ticketing outlets are considered “third party” or “resale platforms” and will need to follow the guidelines below.

With the volume of shows and the number of refund requests, please note it could take up to 30 days or more to receive a refund.

I.  ASM Global Refund Best Practices for Etix Venues – relating to Non-Live Nation & Non-AEG events

  • Canceled Events: Ticket holders for a canceled event will automatically receive a refund on their order. This refund could take up to 30 days from the date the show has been announced as canceled. The cost of shipping will not be refunded.
  • Postponed Events: For events that have been postponed, ticket holders will have the ability to request a refund 30 DAYS after the rescheduled date has been publicly announced. All Etix ticket buyers will receive an email once a rescheduled date has been announced. If a customer chooses not to receive a refund, their tickets will be valid for the new date once it is rescheduled. The cost of shipping will not be refunded.
  • Rescheduled Events: For events that have been rescheduled, ticket holders will have a 30-day window from the date a new show date has been announced. If a customer chooses not to receive a refund, their tickets will be valid for the new date once it is rescheduled. The cost of shipping will not be refunded.

**Please note this is a general policy. Each event will be different, all Etix customers will be notified via email of the policy as it pertains to that event. **

**For customers who purchased tickets through another resale platform or distribution partner, the customer will need to seek a refund from such resale platform or distribution partner**

II.  ASM Global General Refund Policy

Due to reduced staffing and social distancing, access to cash refunds on ticket purchases at the box office have been suspended until further notice. All-cash purchases will be refunded by check. If the patron contact information is not available for the ticketholder, ASM Global reserves the right to transfer tickets to a new date, after the 30-day refund window has expired.

Wagner Noël PAC has taken the following steps to make all ticketholders aware of the policy and the general public:  

The Wagner Noël PAC refund policy is posted:

  1. On the venue website
  2. On the venue social media; Facebook, Instagram, & Twitter
  3. Box Office windows
  4. Emails were sent to all customers that purchased tickets to shows affected by COVID-19 via WagnerNoel.com/Etix.com, at the Wagner Noël Performing Arts Center (PAC) Box Office, or the charge by phone Etix number 800-514-3849
  5. A general ticket policy email was sent to all individuals subscribed to our newsletter on May 13, 2020.
  6. Ticket policy was sent to all major news outlets in the area on May 13, 2020.

 

III.   AEG Promoted Shows:

  • Cancelled Shows: Holders of tickets for AEG Presents shows that are cancelled are entitled to a refund.  They will receive an email from the ticketing company accordingly and will work through that email to get their refund processed. The cost of shipping will not be refunded.

 

  • Postponed Shows: For shows that have been postponed due to the impact of the coronavirus AEG Presents will be offering ticketholders the opportunity to obtain refunds.  Refund requests will be honored for any postponed events once the rescheduled date has been announced.  Ticketholders will have 30 DAYS to request a refund on all rescheduled shows. 

 

  • Rescheduled Shows: For shows that have already announced a rescheduled date, the ticketholder will receive an email from the venue with instructions on how to refund their tickets.  They will have 30 DAYS from the time the email is sent to request their refund.  Tickets purchased AFTER the rescheduled date has been announced will not be eligible for this refund.  The cost of shipping will not be refunded.

**For resale tickets sold on Ticketmaster, Ticketmaster will refund the original ticket purchaser’s account. **

**For customers who purchased tickets through another resale platform or distribution partner, the customer will need to seek a refund from such resale platform or distribution partner**

IV.   Live Nation Promoted Shows:

  • Cancelled Shows: Holder of tickets for Live Nation promoted events that are cancelled will automatically receive a refund for those cancelled events. The cost of shipping will not be refunded.

 

  • Rescheduled Shows: On rescheduled shows, ticket holders will have a 30-day window to secure their refund.  Refunds will be issued for the ticket price plus applicable service charges. The cost of shipping will not be refunded. In addition, customers will be advised that if they do not elect a refund within the 30-day window, their tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date. Going forward their tickets will no longer be available for refund.

 

  • Postponed Shows: On postponed shows, ticket holders will have access to a 30-day refund window once the postponed show has been rescheduled. If the events are not rescheduled within 60 days from the date the tour (or date) was announced publicly as postponed, the 30-day window for refunds will open at that time. Tickets for postpone dates will automatically be valid for the new date unless the customer opts for a refund within 30 days of the new show date being announced. The cost of shipping will not be refunded.

**For resale tickets sold on Ticketmaster, Ticketmaster will refund the original ticket purchaser’s account. **
