Traffic Alert: October 2024
The Texas Department of Transportation has started a project that will improve the transition from FM-1788 to the Highway 191 Frontage Road. At the time of this update, all highway service roads are down to one lane approaching the intersections of FM 1788 and 191. Whether you are traveling from Odessa or Midland, TX, expect delays and plan your trip accordingly to ensure timely arrival.
Both entrances are OPEN!
We kindly ask that you allow for additional time when coming to Wagner Noël PAC for a performance due to these temporary access changes.
